When I worked for the DoD they used “BLUF”’s all the time. BLUF is an acronym for Bottom Line Up Front.

Last night I stumbled upon an interesting profile on Linkedin while looking for some potential developers to hire. I found a gentlemen who has about a decade experience in blockchain dev, ethereum and DApps, pretty much exactly what I’m looking for. We got on the phone and had a positive conversation.

Proposal Day!

I had a good idea this morning on a “sweaty startup” type business. I also have a ton of things that I want to do today so I want to write them down now and I’ll try to knock it out after work.

Today I read an awesome blog post from an entrepeneur who decided that rather than invest his money into some high risk angel-round companies, he could invest in himself. This gave me a lot of ideas on how I want to approach this. I find that I struggle with the following questions:

• How much of an idea do I develop myself and how much do I outsource?
• How do I go about finding help?
• Do I bootstrap or ask for angels?
• How do I stay focused?
